Digital Products

All digital products, including templates, guides, implementation materials, and downloadable documents, are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the immediate and irrevocable access provided upon purchase, all digital product sales are considered fulfilled at the time of delivery.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Cancellations

  • Partial refunds

If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us. Support is limited to access assistance and does not qualify for a refund.

Advisory & Consulting Services

All advisory and consulting services are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ written notice.

  • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be denied

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited

  • No-shows are non-refundable

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Royal Level Solutions, LLC to attempt resolution prior to initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access to digital products

  • Cancellation of services

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, access logs, and policy acceptance to dispute any chargeback.
